> A machined EV battery cold plate is appropriate for prototype, validation and low-to-mid volume thermal hardware where channel geometry is still changing. Quote the body, cover or joining method, ports, seal geometry, flatness, cleanliness and exact leak-test condition together; machining alone does not define assembly pressure integrity.
