Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern use of fabvector.com and FabVector’s CNC quoting and machining service. By submitting an RFQ or order, you agree to them. Questions: greg@fabvector.com.
2. Quotes and estimates
The instant online estimate is a reference range, not a binding price. A firm quote is issued only after an engineer reviews manufacturability, tolerances and documentation, typically within 24 business hours.
Firm quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote itself.
3. Orders and payment
An order forms when you accept a firm quote and the agreed payment is confirmed. Payment terms are stated on the quote.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all intellectual property in your designs and files. FabVector claims no rights in your parts and uses your files only to quote and produce your order.
5. Confidentiality / NDA
Your files are treated as confidential and covered by NDA from upload, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Specifications and inspection
You are responsible for the accuracy of the CAD, material, tolerances and inspection requirements you submit. Material certificates, CMM reports, FAI and CoC must be requested at RFQ, before production.
Material property tables are typical reference values, not certified minimums.
7. Delivery and duties
Lead times are good-faith estimates from design confirmation. Where stated, we handle duties and import end-to-end; otherwise delivery terms are set out on the quote.
8. Warranty and liability
We produce to the accepted drawing and specification. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at FabVector’s place of business, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
