Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
Every workspace is protected by the Fabvector mutual NDA unless you upload your own. We enforce access controls before any factory reviews your data.
Fabvector NDA coverage
- Applies automatically to all customer, supplier, and Fabvector personnel with an effective date on workspace creation.
- Protects CAD, drawings, BOMs, specifications, pricing, programme schedules, and communication threads.
- Survives five years post-engagement unless superseded by customer-provided terms.
Bring your own NDA
- Upload a signed NDA during configurator intake. Fabvector legal will countersign digitally and bind it to the workspace.
- All supplier invitations reference your NDA. Factories must acknowledge before packet access is granted.
- We track versioning and expiry dates; renewal reminders surface in the customer workspace.
Operational commitments
- Data residency choices (SG, US, CN) determine storage, processing, and cache locations for AI assistants.
- Supplier packets default to redacted mode; full disclosure requires explicit engineer approval and NDA alignment.
- We never train AI models on your data. Assistants operate on ephemeral, access-controlled copies.
