FabVector

About

One partner for custom industrial parts

CNC, forging, industrial 3D printing, carbon fiber and secondary processes under one accountable workflow.

FabVector exists because custom industrial parts still force buyers to manage a different supplier for every process. We serve heavy equipment, hydraulics, energy, automotive, rail, aerospace, medical devices, semiconductors, robotics and AI hardware — AI hardware is a specialty, not the boundary of the company.

We coordinate CNC machining, custom forging, industrial 3D printing, carbon-fiber machining, heat treatment, finishing and inspection under one RFQ. CNC jobs can receive an online estimate in about 60 seconds; forged, additive, composite and heavy-component programs receive manual engineering review before a firm commitment.

From our manufacturing base in Dongguan and a qualified partner-factory network, the FabVector team remains accountable for the contract, engineering review, inspection and delivery. Files are NDA-protected from upload, and the same workflow supports prototypes, replacement parts and repeat production.

Who is accountable for what

The capacity is a network. The accountability is not.

Stays with FabVector

  • The contract and the price — one supplier, one invoice
  • Engineering review and the DFM decisions
  • Qualification measurement, in our own metrology room
  • Final inspection, documentation and delivery

The network supplies capacity

A 20,000 m² plant of our own in Dongguan, Guangdong with 213 staff, plus 200 audited partner factories. None of them enters the pool on price: admission runs 6 scored steps with knockout items, a sample part measured by us, and annual re-audit.

That means the part can move between plants between prototype and production. Your point of contact does not.

Ready for a price?

Send CAD, drawings or requirements; the right process will be estimated or reviewed by engineering.

Start an RFQ

The work we are asked for most often is not a new design. It is a production transfer from a supplier that is exiting, slipping, or has become the only source.
