Files travel over TLS and land in private object storage. Access only works through signed links that expire after one hour.

Filenames are anonymized to UUIDs. Only the quoting engineer assigned to your RFQ can open your files — need-to-know, logged.

Files from inquiries that don't convert can be deleted on request at any time, and are purged from working storage after the project closes.
