Master Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Fabvector platform, manufacturing services, and support. For enterprise agreements, contact your account executive.

Scope of service

  • Fabvector delivers RFQ intake, supplier orchestration, quality assurance, and logistics coordination.
  • Platform availability target: 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
  • Support tiers: business hours (standard) or 24/7 (enterprise) with defined response SLAs.

Customer obligations

  • Provide accurate specifications, compliance requirements, and ownership confirmations.
  • Ensure uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights and is permit compliant.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Fabvector tooling, pricing models, and supplier intelligence.

Liability and warranties

  • Fabvector warrants conformance to approved drawings, materials, and inspection criteria.
  • Limitation of liability equals twelve months of fees for the impacted programme.
  • Customers may request rework or credit for non-conforming product validated through joint inspection.
