The standards we machine to, and the inspection documents we provide on request — for regulated medical, aerospace, defence and semiconductor programs.
Important note: we describe the standards we work to and the regulated-industry requirements we understand and support. This is not a statement that FabVector holds any specific certification (for example ISO 9001, AS9100 or ISO 13485). A program’s certification requirements should be confirmed at the RFQ stage.

Production programmes
What ships with a series
For repeat production the documentation is not "on request": it is part of the programme from the qualification batch onward.
- FAI
- First article inspection in AS9102 format before series release
- SPC
- Statistical process control on critical characteristics, Cpk ≥ 1.33 as the acceptance criterion
- CMM
- In-process CMM sampling to the inspection plan agreed in the RFQ
- Certificates
- Material certificates traceable to heat or lot number, retained for 7 years
- PPAP
- PPAP-style documentation package; MSA, PFMEA and appearance approval agreed per programme
- CoC
- Certificate of conformance per delivery lot
When the part runs at a partner plant the same bar applies to them: admission to the network runs 6 steps, and two of those are about paperwork — quality-system certification, traceable calibration records, material control down to heat or lot, and drawing handling. How the network is qualified →
