AppearanceSaturated black, red, blue, gold or custom tones; 6063 gives the clearest colors, 7075 trends warmer. Bead blasting first yields the premium consumer-electronics matte.

Not suitable for

Exact color matching across different alloys in one assembly (tones shift visibly); surfaces requiring electrical conductivity; prolonged direct UV exposure for reds and golds (organic dyes fade — black and clear are the UV-stable choices).
