What slows this industry down

AI hardware is a thermodynamics problem wearing a compute costume: every watt the accelerator dissipates ends up in machined metal, and a cold plate that misses 0.05 mm flatness on the die-contact face throttles the whole node. Liquid-cooling manifolds need leak-tight passages and O-ring grooves where one porosity defect means a flooded server. Accelerator generations turn over yearly, so thermal hardware must be redesigned and requoted on silicon-launch timelines. Copper machining and ENP plating expertise is scarce exactly when the buildout needs it most.

Typical parts we machine

  • GPU/ASIC cold plates and cooling lids
  • Liquid-cooling manifolds and quick-disconnect blocks
  • Inference-server chassis rails and trays
  • Sealed edge-AI enclosures (enclosure-as-heatsink)
  • Copper busbars and power-stage hardware

Certifications & standards

ISO 9001
We understand data-center hardware buyers require ISO 9001-level process control, with flatness and leak-test records per lot.
RoHS / REACH
We support RoHS/REACH compliance with material and plating declarations for parts entering electronic assemblies.

We understand and support these requirements; certification and documentation scope is confirmed per order.

Questions ai hardware & edge compute buyers ask

Who machines liquid cooling cold plates for AI servers, and what matters most?
Cold plates are a machining problem disguised as a thermal one: channel geometry in C110 copper or 6061, sealing-face flatness typically 0.05 mm or better, and leak-tight joining. We machine channel plates and lids as matched sets and hold the flatness on granite-verified fixtures, because a plate that measures fine but leaks at 2 bar is scrap.
What tolerances do GPU baseplates and server chassis parts need?
Die-contact surfaces want flatness in the 0.02–0.05 mm range over the die area and controlled surface finish for TIM performance; chassis and bracket work is ±0.1 mm territory. Splitting those two requirement classes to different machines is how the cost stays sane.
How fast can AI hardware parts iterate from CAD change to new parts in hand?
Upload to price range in about 60 seconds, engineering review inside 24 hours, and simple aluminum revisions shipped in 3–7 days. AI hardware programmes revise faster than any other sector we serve; the quoting loop, not the machining, is usually the schedule risk.
